Ordering and Packaging
We sends our works worldwide. Contact us if you have any question regarding shipping methods or costs.When ordering from the immediate available pieces, which are shown in the picture, these can be posted within 2 days after receiving payment.
If ordering other colors apart from which are readily available, please contact us to discuss your color preferences. It will usually need approximately 30 days for the process at the foundry for new pieces.
Please feel free to contact us if you would like to order more than 1 piece from our website so we can arrange a special thumnail for your online payment convenience.
Our art piece and product are wrapped with plastic wrapper in corrugated paper box and placed within wooden crate for shipping or corrugated paper box for shipping depending on the total weight.
EACH OF OUR BRONZE PIECE WILL BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFICATE INDICATING THE PRODUCTION NUMBER, FOUNDRY, NAME OF ARTIST.
We accept online payment by credit card/debit card and Paypal. Payment may be made by bank tranfer, once your order has been received you will be given instruction as to how to make the bank transfer. We accept bank transfers from overseas.
You may cancel your order for any reason up to 7 days after you received the goods. Notice of cancellation should be sent to artlandedr@gmail.com. Cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be retuned in the original condition and shipped AT YOUR COST. The goods must be securely wrapped and packaged before shipping in the original packaging or similar equivalent. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund, usually via the same payment method used for puchase (e.g. Paypal refund).
